--- name: teamwright-brand description: Apply Teamwright positioning, messaging, visual identity, typography, and accessibility rules to content and designs. --- # Teamwright brand Apply these Version 1 guidelines directly. No toolkit download or additional guide is required. ## Product and naming Teamwright is an AI workforce platform where people, AI agents, and connected tools work together. It brings conversations, tasks, workflows, shared knowledge, and approvals into one workspace, helping teams turn requests into usable results. Teams give agents context, coordinate repeatable work, follow progress, and review proposed actions. AI execution combines with human oversight to make work visible and controllable from request to result. Introduce **Teamwright**; use **TWR** when established or space is limited. Teamwright is one word; TWR is uppercase; the compact lockup is `TWR.`. The brand line is **Work, well made.** Pair expressive headlines with a concrete product explanation. Character: capable, precise, thoughtful, human. Do not invent integrations, features, customer quotes, certifications, savings, or company-size limits. Review requirements depend on the workflow; do not claim every action requires approval. Label fictional interface examples. Do not imply access to private model reasoning or fabricate confidence percentages. ## Voice Name the actor, describe the work, and state the next step. Use familiar verbs, precise nouns, sentence case, and confident factual language. Avoid inflated autonomy claims, vague productivity promises, and jokes about failures. | Avoid | Prefer | |---|---| | Unlock limitless productivity. | Bring people, agents, and connected tools into one workspace. | | Your AI does everything. | Give agents context and review proposed actions. | | Nothing ships without approval. | Set review points for the work that needs them. | | Oops! Something went wrong. | The report export failed. Try again or download the draft. | State that nothing was changed or sent only when verified by actual product behavior. ## Logo and imagery The joinery symbol combines a beam, stem, and dot into a T: coordinated parts and a deliberate handoff. The dot is decorative, not an approval or activity indicator. Use the full outlined wordmark for introductions; the symbol suits established compact contexts. Clear space is at least one stem width (15/64 of symbol height). Minimum digital sizes: symbol 16px, wordmark 120px wide. Inspect at actual size. Use reversed marks on Ink or Spruce and monochrome variants for single-color output. Never stretch, rotate, add effects, rebuild lettering, or change the dot's meaning. Choose just the asset needed at https://brand.teamwright.io/assets.html. Primary wordmark: https://brand.teamwright.io/brand/assets/wordmark.svg. Reversed: https://brand.teamwright.io/brand/assets/wordmark-reversed.svg. Support the identity with geometric joins, lines, and restrained dots. Avoid generic robots, AI sparkles, glowing orbs, and ornamental network diagrams. Use consistent outline icons alongside labels. ## Color and meaning | Color | Hex | Purpose | |---|---|---| | Spruce | #1F5B4D | Leading brand color and light-theme actions | | Ink | #1C2220 | Text and contrast | | Paper | #F5F0E6 | Warm canvas | | Sage | #CBD8CF | Supporting surfaces | | Kiln | #D9622B | Sparse decorative accents | Kiln does not pass normal-text contrast on Paper or Ink. Small review buttons use #E8773F with Ink text. Operational statuses require explicit labels; the logo palette is not an unlabeled chart palette. | UI role | Light | Dark | |---|---|---| | Canvas | #F5F0E6 | #141918 | | Surface | #FFFDF8 | #1C2321 | | Text | #1C2220 | #F2EDE2 | | Secondary text | #5B645F | #ADB7B0 | | Action | #1F5B4D | #7FC4AE | | Essential control border | #7F8981 | #71877A | | Decorative divider | #DDD5C4 | #3D4A43 | | Success | #267349 | #9ACFAA | | Failure | #A63A2A | #EF9A8A | | Warning text | #8E4B14 | #F0BF7A | | Information | #2F5D8C | #9CBFE4 | Completion and approval describe different things. Name actual state and actor; never infer approval from a green badge. ## Typography and composition Use **Fraunces** for expressive editorial titles, **Inter** for body/UI/controls/tables, and **JetBrains Mono** for code, identifiers, and compact metadata. Keep dense interface headings in Inter. Use Fraunces optical size 72; its static Office family is **Fraunces 72pt**. Web fonts come from Google Fonts; Office/PDF rendering needs installed desktop fonts. Web body 16px; dense UI 14–16px; document body Inter 11pt; slide body at least 20pt. Left-align long text, aim for 60–75 characters per reading line, and use tabular numerals for comparisons. Sentence-case headings should express a point. Use Bootstrap's standard grid and breakpoints; spacing rhythm 4/8/12/16/24/32/48/64px. Controls have 8px corners, cards 12px. Prefer grouping and quiet borders to layered shadows. Give marketing room to breathe, tighten working interfaces, and give each slide one point. Show request, context, execution, review when applicable, and result with identifiable actors and sources. ## Accessibility and delivery Text contrast: 4.5:1 normal, 3:1 large. Essential control boundaries and non-text indicators need 3:1 where applicable. Use semantic headings, labels, visible focus, keyboard access, image alternatives, and readable errors. Never rely on color alone. Check both themes, narrow screens, zoom, and reduced motion. Motion should explain state changes; never animate the logo as a thinking indicator. Inspect actual outputs, including page/slide breaks, tables, fonts, and reading order. Shorten slide content before shrinking it. Report unavailable checks and unresolved product facts. For format-specific work, use `teamwright-ui`, `teamwright-documents`, or `teamwright-presentations` if available. Each works independently.
